the tut on HST was perfect :D

this board has inspired me so much :D

finished the top for the baby quilt and made the first set of 4 blocks for my 13 yr old DD.
She picked the colors and wanted a big star lol... she was a bit confused after only seeing 1 of the blocks... took 4 to form the star pattern :D

She LOVES it, and cant wait for me to make another tomorrow, im planning to make them with different fabrics in sames families.

starting fabrics

I'm not surprised she loves it...it's gorgeous, you've done a great job and the colours are beautiful.

the more i look at the picture... the more i wanna rip out the center seam across and redo it lol... guess i know what im doing b4 bed lol

Isn't that the Baby Bud pattern from Quiters Cache? I did that block for one of the swaps on here, so I recognized it right away. WOW!! I never would have guessed it would make a star when put together like you did. Very nice!!
