    I don't wash fabric before --I like the feel of the finished quilt after the first washing.

    There was a package that was opened so i felt the muslin and it felt good enough so I thought I'd take a chance.

    Good for you!! I use muslin on the back of all of my quilts! I love the way it quilts and feels!

    I will probably wash my muslin before use -- at least the first time as I don't know how much it will shrink. It does "feel" nice but who knows?

    I bought some quilters show case fabrics reg 4 to 7 dollars, now b1.99. a good buy nice fabric :D I'll have to check the muslin :D

    Pam, by chance are you a Chiefs fan? I'm orginally from KC and remember "red Fridays" Do they still do that there?

    I live north of Kansas City and yes Red Friday is still a big thing around here.
