Default Shower gift for soon-to-be GGNephew

Finishing up a baby shower gift for GGNephew Gus, who's on the way soon. A 45x45 quilt, self-binding flannel blanket, and a bucket-o-burpees. I SITD and quilted straight lines, squares, and rectangles w/walking foot. Quilt pattern is here:http://quilttaffy.blogspot.com/2008/...e-pattern.html
(sorry about the brown pin dot, my camera always makes it look fugly and dizzy-inducing)

Hi. Love your quilt. Just wanted to tell you on 8-3 I became a great granny!! His name is Bryant. He is so cute. He was born about the time my hubby was released for the VA hosp. after surgery so we drove straight to Rockwall Hosp. to see him.

Love your quilt and appreciated your reference to the pattern. I have made several of the mitered flannel blanket and they are always well received.
