So I just wanted to share with someone else that would appreciate my hard work lol. I just sold a couple of my backpacks on craigslist that I made on a whim for my son. My hubby is really supportive and great about everything but he doesn't get the true excitement out of it. Someone actually wanted what I made. PAID money for something that I came up with. It was my pattern and everything :) just pretty proud of myself :) I posted a picture awhile ago but i'll attach another one for you all to see.

The bag really isn't mis shapped. my son had a change of clothes and then his beach towel shoved into the top of the bag. So it's just the towel on the top and empty space on the bottom lol. Thanks for sharing in my excitement :)

Its a very nice looking back pack. I don't want to burst your bubble but please don't put your son name on his backpack. It just makes it to easy for the people you don't want to know his name. Put his name on the side that is to his back. Good luck with selling your back packs

Don't worry it is just on with velcro. When we go out in public I pull it off. Easy peasy :)

oh that good I remember when I was doing one for one of the grandkids that was what I was asked to do. You just can't do the thing like we used to. you should think about marking the BP.

Wow you are very clever. Made up the pattern and everything?? Good on you. I am so happy you were able to sell them. You should be proud. And also very clever of the removable name tag on your son's backpack.

I'm not surprized at all that they sold. They're very cute. It also looks like you did a wonderful job on them. Congratulations. You could always draw up the pattern, write the instructions and sell them too. hint hint hint LOL
