    hi all i have decided that this coming year i really want to give needle turn applique a try. i got a pattern over the holidays from my mil of a old world santa that i love so i began it today. before i do any more i just wanted to post some pics and ask if i am doing it the correct way or if i should rip out and start over. i also am including a picture of my tinkerbell quilt that i made for me....yes me. i love tinkerbell and just love how it turned out. i need to have it quilted still. sorry the pics arent great they are with my cell phone

    Looks perfect to me. I tried all the ways possible for applique and the needle turn is definitely the one for me..........and Tinkerbell quilt is beautiful.

    The embroidery is fine but I love your quilt! Great use of colors and blocks. I am jealous :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

    Good luck w/needleturn. I still use freezer paper, like training wheels. Love the borders on your tinkerbell quilt, very clever. Looks great!
