I just had to tell someone about what happened today. I needed to get started on a baby quilt for my niece (the shower is next weekend). I just couldn't decide on the fabric to use. I have plenty of gingham but it's not what I wanted. Now the strange part. I was standing looking at the mess I had made going thru my stach - I said out loud "what am I going to use"
When some FQ bundles fell off the shelf. So I said thanks and started to work. This is what I made. I still need to put a border on it, but what do you think?

I uh...think you had a little help from above! Cute and cuddly quilt! I wish I were that good. I have to do a baby shower for my grandson tomorrow, expecting my first Great Grand daughter! Due in January...8 grandkids and 1 great...no wonder I can't get anything done! But, the house will be here, I can clean tomorrow but the kids won't wait, they grow way to fast..

My DGD and I found this on youtube last weekend. It called tube quilting. I thought it looked quick and easy.

Very Baby looking. That would never happen to me - I don't buy fat quarters. Good job.
