    Love the different reds! I know how that feels to not want to finish a quilt but forcing yourself to do it before starting on something else. Good job!

    What a difference in the 2 pictures, lighting sure changed the whole quilt image, I like both. the one on the bed is very beautiful. thanks for sharing

    The reds are over powered by the brightness of the green grass. Makes the quilt seem subtle. But with it on the bed as it should be, the quilt stands out. Looks like an illusion on the bed.

    I really like this quilt. Your son will really enjoy it. I have to make a quilt for each son this fall after we get back from our summer trip. Have them planned but that is as far as I have gotten.
