    The reds are over powered by the brightness of the green grass. Makes the quilt seem subtle. But with it on the bed as it should be, the quilt stands out. Looks like an illusion on the bed.

    I really like this quilt. Your son will really enjoy it. I have to make a quilt for each son this fall after we get back from our summer trip. Have them planned but that is as far as I have gotten.

    Your quilt is quite stunning. Congratulations on finishing one project before starting on another, that's something I have trouble with.

    It's a real beauty. Good job getting yourself over the hump to finish it - I have to deal with that in myself too!!

    Very nice - I admire you working on one project at a time. I usually have 5 - 8 in progress at any one time. I work on whatever calls me at the moment - depends on whether I want to piece, quilt or do handwork. Very nice.
