    at applique for a sun bonnet sue quilt for my mother. I ended up accidently moving the hand..so there is a gap where there is not suppose to be..and it is not sewed around yet.

    She is cute, once you do the sewing around..it may take away from the one hand being a bit off. Are you going to use a blanket stitch?

    Or you could sew in a flower being held in her hand and it's stem to cover the gap :)

    so cute. just sew with some matching thread in that hand gap. I love Sue's.

    Very nice start! You can use a blanket stitch or zigzag, or even use a straight stitch for raw edge applique. I'd put something in her hand to hide that little gap.
