I started my sampler blocks!! I got a lot of great ideas from everyone. I decided to use blocks that tell my story! My MIL makes all of her blouses and she gave me a lot of leftover fabric, all florals, so I decided to use that. So she has a "part" in my quilt. Aunt Dinah is for my sister, who will eventually be an aunt :-) I picked Friends star because I am blessed with a lot of friends. This block is just a bit off from the pattern because I didn't print in color and couldn't quite tell which fabric went where, so my own version! Then Arizona because I live here. This block my DH actually likes, so that makes it even better!

Some of the blocks I plan on using are the states we have been too. So enjoy and as I make more, I will post them!
