    Nice work!! You've done a great job sewing your applique. I'm still struggling with this.

    Practice. Lots of practice. When I first started appliqueing I ironed on some shapes to fabric and did the buttonhole stitch and just got use to my machine and learned where to turn and where the needle in the position of the stitch needed to be.
    Then I did the same with the zigzag. Try it and have fun.
