    Default Table Runner...

Hi, this is the first time I am actually uploading an almost completed project. This is a table runner that I am making for a swap on here. The theme was spring so I used a butterfly fabric as the main print. Then used a bright multi colored fabric for the outer border. I am going to hand quilt flowers into the aqua colored blocks, feathers in the outside border, but still haven't decided what is going to go over the butterflies....any suggestions?

Here is the top so far....

I would leave those butterflies alone unless you might want to put a three letter monogram in the blocks. I love those butterflies.

It's beautful but I'm no help on the quilting. Hope you show it after!

I would do something really simple in the butterfly blocks.

That's what I was thinking Mom, I don't want to detract from them but they do need to be quilted. I would be afraid that if they weren't when it got washed the batting would bunch up to nothing.

Thanks everyone, for once I actually got everything cut and pieced with no mishaps...LOL
