I made the chicken table runner after I first joined this site with patterns that I gained from some of the other quilters.

It is for my crazy younger sister who has a country kitchen and that includes chickens

The hexagonal one is for my eldest sister who is much older

I loved doing them and think I will keep the pattern of the hexagonal for future projects

I think they could be used for placemats as they are about that size
