This is really cute. Now you have you to have cut the edges to rag it, right?
I've very recently decided that I wanted to use up all my flannel as it was sitting in a box and I have no seeming desire to use it. So, I cut it ALL up into 8" squares and have sorta of subdivided it into enough for the typical rag quilt (10x12 squares) and now will start cutting up all my extra batting (small pieces). I'm kind of short of "interesting fabrics" though, so will intersperse the interesting ones with the dull/boring ones.

Yes the edges need to be cut and all seams. The young lady I am making this for actually is learning and se took it home and that was her homework to night to cut up edges and wash and dry and bring back to me for photo.
