Default Tessellating crosses placemats

I posted the beginning of these from a youtube video. I have the placemat tops done and I am pleased how they turned out. I will use this pattern and method again. Maybe in misc. Christmas scraps because each cross only needs a 4inch square and a 3 1/2 inch square. Oh and the little red and green woven heart ornament out of felt on the side by my ruler, is from a new video that Jenny posted on MSQC.

Your tessellations turned out beautiful! I can see lots of those in your future ..... for many upcoming seasonal placemats. And that heart turned out very nice also. I can't wait to try those.
