    Default Early "Quilting" projects

    In the 1970-80's I called these "craft projects", but they really are small quilts. I made these for my sister and my mother--Mother's been gone a long time, but my sister has kept her "stuff". I spied these in the closet this morning and took some pictures to share.

    Wow these have brought back nice memories. I remember teaching my girl scout troop to make these but in a smaller size. thanks for the memories...

    Beautiful! I have down the folded star myself and they are fun to make. Look forward to seeing more of your projects
