Smile It took me two days for this...

Her given name is Magspaula, but I think I will name her Effie. I That seems to fit her better. I got the pattern free about a year ago, from www.paperpanache.com and just recently ran across it. I have never done paper piecing before, so it was a good way to try it. The colors are much brighter than they appear. I think I will go see if Carol Doak has any simple patterns for me to try. Here are the things I learned from it...

1. Paper piecing can be frustrating.
2. Paper piecing can be fun.
3. Frog sewing on paper piecing takes real patience.
4. If I do anymore, I will stick to simpler patterns.
5. I still can't use a pattern without putting my stamp on it.
6. I got to get a better light for my sewing room.

I just downloaded my pattern but I have not paper pieced this way only used EPP so this will be a challenge. I want to learn this paper piecing and need a very good tutorial for this beginner. I do not even know where to begin. HELP HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
