Good job! The only advice I can give is to just keep going. You'll keep improving with each project. And I love how you hand quilted through all those layers and kept it relatively even and straight. That's a feat in itself!

You did very well!! The binding will get easier! Like you said insulbrite and hand stitching? Not easy! Try your hand at a baby quilt or lap quilt next and you'll see its different and gets better! You did great! Any questions pm me I'll help if I can! Great job!!!!!!! :-)

I think they look good. I love your fabric. I am glad that you shared.. I am working on pot holders too. I am using up left over fabrics and I am thinking they will make good Christmas gifts. The binding is the pitts.. but making these potholders has really helped me get some good practice. I am glad I am doing them.. my corners get better with everyone that I finish

YOU are a quilter!!! From the min., you started to "PLAY" with the colors and your own ideas. Working out the color combos with what you had (when unable to find something that worked the way you wanted), you hit the big time.
Now the next question is, WHAT WILL BE YOUR NEXT PROJECT??? Happy Sewing. And your friend will love the gift.
