I have been trying for an hour to post a picture on the pictures board, to no avail. Sooooo I will try it here.

I finally finished this ufo after nearly a year. The fabric was a gift for my birthday last July, so I got it done just before my birthday this year!!! yeahhhhh.

It is a turning 20, but only has 16 blocks because we miss counted the fat quarters lol. I love it anyway. Can't wait to use it, but not till the cool weather is back!

Thanks for the kind words. I am working on a baby quilt for a great-nephew who is due this month. I also have a scrap quilt in 4 sections that are machine quilted, just need to put the strips together, then I have a nice pattern that I have 98% of the fabric cut for, now I just need to finish cutting the sashing. I go to school a couple of mornings a week, so homework comes first, then quilting.

If you wanted a smaller childs quilt or a lap quilt you could go with turning 16 or even turning 9 lol My finished blocks are big because this quilt nearly covers me head to toe!

it is so simple, the hardest part is finding 20 fat quarters you like! lol The Flannel was from a collection and dI have no idea what it was called but I still see bits of it left at our fabric shop here in Richmond.

I finally got a better picture outside but it was really windy so it is not the greatest pic but it shows the colours properly, so it will have to do! lol
