Visiting my Aunt last year, she had a lonestar made by the Amish folks, it was in a variety of pink colors, I loved it so much, took a picture, and when I got home decided that I would try to make one in turquoise and green without a pattern - a real challenge to do without direction or a pattern. Atempted to do the quilting on my own, it turned out ok.
Thought I would share with you. Thanks for your perusal.

I wouldn't try turquoise & green, but they are sure great together in your lone star.
