On the stripes, I would bind in white. On the triangles, I would add a 3" border in white and bind in white. Heavy quilting on both.

Very nice. I really like the first one but I can't make any suggestionns for quilting.

A dark binding on the first that matches one of the colored strips... On the second either white or if you want to go wild a scrappy binding from the left over colors
