I just love what you have done. Super to see you 'playing' with the stitches. It looks beautiful. I would just do a stitch in a ditch around each leaf and leave it like that.

Beautiful. If you do decide to quilt around the leaves, it will make them pop up (so-to-speak). I think it would be great!
