Oh no its not precise piecing, its easy with the kit. You lay the already cut 2" squares on the fusible gird design all marked out for you. You place your pieces a bit like a jigsaw. Press to make all the squares stick. Turn the quilt over and fold where the lines on the gird are. Do a 1/4" seam down each one, then do the same across the quilt. DONE.
Look at Whims.com, they have some really easy and gorgeous designs.

I have made several watercolour wallhangings with the same technique. It's so much better to do it that way than to have to sew each square one at a time!

Its from Whims.com. They have some super patterns, you will have a hard job to pick out one. If you buy one, remember to buy your Fusible backing, because it doesn´t come with the kit. They also have wall hangings. When I eventually finish this one I am doing I have another called Jade birds, but it is more difficult as the applique pieces are very small.

the Pansy material for the centre came as a piece and I just fussy cut it. they also have a video showing how it is done.

Elle - Thanks for the nice words :D

For all those who have been looking for this site where I got my kit from, sorry I made a mistake. Here is the sites name:

    www.whims.cc

    That should help you all.
