Husband and I have been sorting through boxes to get rid of 37 years of crap that I've been hoarding....LOL
And ran across this box that said quilt on it, opened it and just remember a quilt I tried to make back in 1995 and never finished, so tonight I've starting putting sash around it and trying to finish it up sense now I have some sort of ideal how to do it...LOL
I had cut squares of batting to each block, I told you I had no ideal what the heck I was doing...Just think it's kind of funny, finding these old blocks...so I thought I would show you what I had started back in 1995 and just gave up on it...I think I'm just gonna make a wall hanging out of it...

Those are very cute. I think that they will make a very nice wall hanging.

Made me smile, because I have one like that. I wanted to learn how to quilt and didn't have a clue where to start, so I made Sunbonnet Sue's from some pattern I found and then put the sashing on it and was handquilting it when I got so frustrated I just "boxed" it. I am going to do the same thing this winter and finish the hand quilting of it. Thanks for sharing!!
