Default What Happened? My Log Cabin Does Not Look Like Yours

Now that I have your attention, this is what I made just in the last few days. Nearly all of the fabrics are blenders from the Mirage Line at Connecting Threads. I found some free clipart shapes online, and had a blast making this little scene. The whole thing is 23 ˝ x 28 inches.

When my sister saw it, she said “You're getting really good at this”. That put a smile on my face.

So, do you think I am getting good at this?

HaHa. I was sure I would see a picture of a quilt with one or two blocks turned the wrong way. I really like your picture and I think your log cabin is just fine. I definitely agree with your sister!

I used a similar idea on the large corners of my log cabin. I found a cabin online and sketched it out on paper and added the trees. I love going "outside the box" with my quilting and I see you do too!
