Please thank Steven and give him a big hug from this Army Mom! I can't wait to see your quilt for him. It's beautiful work you did the last two weekends! There is something to be said for the nervousness of knowing they are home or not, eh?

I stitched a lot this last weekend too. Proud to say that the sampler top is now finished and ready to be quilted. Went to coupon extravaganza at Joann's and got a HUGE can of basting spray at 50% off. I'm a happy girl.

First, God bless Steven and all he does for us. Enjoy your time with him when he gets home. I love your blocks. My DD would love those fabrics too. You did a great job even though you didn't like the colors.
