This is what my crafty neighbor made for me from ggs crib.
He is working on DD now.
We call it our strybook bench.
The top lifts to store books. Grandma just needs to make a cushion!

Very nice bench. There are so many of the recalled cribs "out there". Good you could repurpose/recycle one.

fantastic idea. great use. i like it a lot. looks almost like a crib i had for my first one long time ago.
