Here is a quilt I've done for my nephew and new wife. They have traveled all around the world before they got married. So What I decided to do was purchase fabric of where they vacationed. It was a neat project. For the border I chose their schools and the bottom border was their name. Each corner had their school
    emblem and a wedding date.

They both met at Vassar college. Heidi went off to Yale Univ. John went off to Brooklyn Law School. They both are working now and miss traveling. So now all they have to do is look at this quilt and it brings them back!

Saw them on Easter and says they sleep under their stars every night! The quilt is hung up as a head board!!! Hope you all enjoy!!

    Each star represents a country

I pp each block. I can't remember the name of it, but I had extra copies of the pattern on tracing paper. I will look to see what the name is. Also this picture is of a copy. My darling husband downloaded all my pictures to his computer. I have been scanning through but can't seem to locate the original. But I will see what close ups I have. Thanks for your comments.
