A friend asked me to make a denim quilt for her. The jeans she gave me were tattered and stained, so it was quite a challenge.

I decided to dye some of the worst stained pieces and use large sections where I could so it would go together quickly. I did a raw edge so it would become a rag quilt as it was washed.

It is 5' square, so each block was done with a Cotton Theory type QAYG.

This is a lousy pic, but hopefully you sort of get the idea.
