Default Yes I got this BOM done in time for St. Pat's day :-D

...just took me a little time to get it posted!

March's BOM from Country Junk'tion is this sweet mini quilt. Mine is done in turquoise - some say shamrocks are blue, not the vibrant green that we are so accustomed to. (LOL! I used turquoise because I didn't have enough green.) Regardless, I am delighted to see what everyone has done with the projects from this BOM. Wow - my picture isn't very clear.

The quilting that you cannot see in the background is done with shamrocks scattered all around. I took a picture of it but it didn't turn out. The gold coins are decorative buttons from discarded clothing. I've had them for about 15 years or so. Nice to have a use for them.

If you are looking for a monthly project you can complete in a sitting or two, this is the place to go. She leaves lots of room for your own embellishment or interpretation.

Very cute, and I like turquoise so much better then typical St Patty's Day green - good choice!

I love it. The gold "coins" are quite unique.

Love how you worked in the buttons. I have downloaded this one but never got to it in time. You did a great job.

LOL! They do look a little silver, but the coins are indeed gold. My camera quality has much to be desired.
