Yes, I did! hahahha! I couldn't believe I put that scrap in there!! Sometimes I am amazed when I look at my quillts when they're done and can't remember some of these scraps and how they worked their way into the quilt, hahhaha!!

I'm like others -- I like quilts that will put a smile on your face and are bright and cheerful =- especially, on those gray and gloomy days!! That horse's tail will give someone a smile!!!!

Thanks for pointing that out!! I had to go back and look again! You are right! That is pretty cool!!

BTW, everyone, this quilt is just like a quilt that I saw was done in the 50's! I loved it so much that I just had to do one. In quilt 2, there was a time lapse between blocks and I was going on memory and thought my starting square was 2.5" when it was 3" so some of the blocks have a navy starting off square as 2.5" and others as 3" and I thought it was a great 'happy' mistake! I think it looks so different with 2 different sized blocks! I might try that trick again!!

Thanks everyone for your super replies!!!

What a happy scrappy quilt. Like others have said. It's a great way to use up some of those scraps. Good Job!!

On this quilt, I started with a 2.5" square. On Zinger 1, I started with a 3" square.
