This is a quilt top that I am currently hand quilting. It was given to me by a friend. Does anyone know the name of this quilt block ?

I don't know the quilt's name, but the quilter is doing beautiful work.

It may have been someone's own design. It is a nine patch in the center and framed with the arrow added. Inset seams. Was it hand pieced?
