controlled scrappy with pink and purple
 

ufo finished 2014, just got it to up load, finally. Donated to Phoenix Area Quilters that makes quilts for "Aid to adoption of special needs children". Scrappy quilts are my most favorite ones to make.

Really like it. A controlled scrappy is the only kind I can do. Just can't make myself throw caution to the wind and make a really scrappy scrappy! I always find myself reworking the pieces to be more coordinated.

Gorgeous!! Scrappys like these make me think of beveled tiles. Gives an illusion effect!!
