The first thing I thought of is a set of placemats or a table runner. You could also make a welcome sign for their door or entryway.

If she has a bazillion things - maybe just your good wishes?

Has she used the things that you've made her? What is worn out?

What about door hangings for the different seasons of the year or if she quilts maybe something like what you find on Classicmetalcompany.com.

Coasters? Cloth napkins? Christmas ornaments? Mug rug? Wall hanging? What are HER interests? What does she use?

I don't use placemats every day because something ALWAYS get spilled and I'd rather wipe a table than wash 4 mats.
So someone who knows me wouldn't burden me w/ placemats. But coasters are always welcome. Practical. Easy to store, Easy to wash.

My mom gifted me twice with great gifts when I moved into a new home. Once it was a large electric roaster from QVC that I have used so many times and love it still. The second house was a very nice silk floral arrangement for fall that was in a basket shaped like a horn o plenty, which I still use ever fall. Both thoughtful and well loved. My mom is gone now 12 years.
I suppose if you ask her, she will let you know something you could make for her. Your work is so nice I am sure she loves what you have made for her in the past lynnie.

she hasn't requested anything. when she got married last August, I made her placemats, napkins, towels, crocheted wahrags, and pot holders for all the holidays. I've made her tablerunners, toppers, and even fabric covered flipflops. quilts for Christmas and a throw. I've made her ornaments, and this year, music ornaments. I'm clear out of ideas. She's financially well to do at 27, this is her second house. She loves hand made items. Maybe I won't be invited and luck out. I still feel I need to send something to her. Don't know what kind of house they are getting yet. She mentioned something about a colonial. I don't know what to do.

Make a fun folded stitch wreath. Maybe a summer theme?

How about quilted baskets with handles for organizing things. Those egg shaped ones are nice. https://www.pinterest.com/pin/275845545904459469/
