A revelation

I can't believe I waited 16 years to make my first quilt-as-you-go quilt. This technique was a revelation to me: so FUN for advanced quilters, a tremendous help for those who own machines with small space under the arm and a HUGE confidence-builder for beginner free motion quilters.
My blocks measure 15''. Do you use often this technique? |
Great job and great quilting... :) very nice

Have not tried this technique. Still looks very complicated! Your work is beautiful
|
I haven't done any quilt-as-you-go but your results are stunning!
|
As usual, Geta, you take it all to a new level ;-)
|
Beautiful! You set a new standard!

Gorgeous! I haven't done one in a long while because it was a pain to hand sew the sashing strips on the back. QAYG has gotten easier with the cotton/ poly batt as you get a nice clean edge when you trim.

very nice so is the quilting!!!
|
I made my first QAG for my DGS for graduation. I used his T-shirts. Was fun to do and it looked great but might not do another one. How about you will you do another? Your quilting as always is beyond gerogous!!!

Awesome, I got a quilt from a yard sale a few years ago that some one started, but have not had a chance to work on it yet. It is a quilt as you go.
