Just have to sew the corners on, add the border and then it's ready to be quilted.

I have a small problem LOL ... there is not enough purple at the edges for me to sew a border on without losing the points of my squares.
I have a viable option - turn the squares into half triangles ... does anyone have any other ideas? is there a way to add purple fabric to the edges without losing my points? |
If you deliberately sew a strip to cover the same amount on each on point square, it becomes a new design element. I'd call them deliberately made kite blocks :)
