Default annoying talking ads on your home page

I hate those talking ads. I make a vow as I head for the mute button to never buy from or deal with those advertisers if I can help it. That seems to me to be counter productive to what you are trying to do, make money by promoting their product. I can deal with the picture ads, and the flashing ads, but those talking ads just maybe a deal breaker. Consider how many people you are annoying as you are supposedly raking in some cash. sign me as disgruntled.

I screen my calls too but there are the ads for vacation property that just keep talking to the answering machine. I hesitate, but am really considering getting rid of my home phone because of all the annoying calls.

I use to get them all the time when I subscribe to Avast software. Look for the cookies or in your program files and delete them. I always block third party cookies.

Try nomorerobo.com It's a call blocking service that blocks robo calls. It's free and works great. I've been using it for about a year.

I have ad blocker. These ads are on the quilting boards daily digest page. I believe they are there to generate revenue for the quilting board folks. Is the help desk telling me that these ads are there without their knowledge and permission? If so they need to deal with them, if not please reconsider your decision.

My button stays on mute for that very reason. It is irritating.
