I now have the tree, I made my photo's as small as possible, but I still have no upload button on the screen to use after I upload the photo from my PC.

do you get this box?
if you do, be sure that the 'from computer' tab is blue. then browse and find your pic on your computer. once you've chosen that, be sure to look below the browse button for 'upload files' and click on that.

Yes I get that box, and I did exactly what you told me and it won't upload.
