Has anyone noticed that the QB is not receiving as many new topics as it used to receive? Just wondering about it and why that would be. I hope it is not because there are not as many people posting.

Sometimes the newer topics get buried fast - so try going to page 2 or 3 of the new topics

I think there are fewer posts too. I would like to see a new section. Something like "Quilting-questions and answers". Main seems to be almost like Chitchat now.

I am online every day looking at QB, so I don't think I'm missing any new posts. I also go through the pages.

I posted a question and can't find it. Can anyone help? I'd like to know if people saw it and if there are any answers. I wanted to know if anyone teaches quilting classes and whether or not there are people who have gone through any particular "teacher certification" programs. Thanks.

They do get buried fast. Just go to your posts to find yours.

Laurie, I can't find it, either, and under your handle it says "Posts 0". Possibly you typed it but forgot to hit the button to actually post it? I don't know too much about how things work around here, but I believe if a post is removed by the moderators they do let you know they're doing it and why. That doesn't seem to be a likely explanation for the problem in this case. Try posting it again. Be sure you put it in the correct forum.

As to the question at hand, I have not noticed a slowdown in the number of posts. The digests seem to take a lot of my time. If there were more posts and I wouldn't get any quilting done!

new posts are fun for all - especially when they relate to quilting.

sooooooo .... rather than complaining because others are not providing new posts the logical solution is to contribute something new of your own ... as often as you can. ;-)
