    Why the 60 second wait on sending PMs?

    I'm a swap coordinator and have a lot of PMs to manage. What's the reasoning behind the 60 second wait between messages? I've never seen anything like that on any other system. Thanks.

    On most forums it is to stop multi-spam messages

    it's a security measure.
