Yes!!!!! All done with another. Way to make me get some bindings done. Now one more that needs binding and it may take awhile, scalloped borders. At least it is attached and ready to sew. It may end up an August finish. As you can tell, made use of the left overs also so I used up all my fabric for this project., I have scraps left and may make some ornaments or pot holders to coordinate for the kids. We shall see, no promises till I get there.

QMomma....lots of detail work in the quilting and another finish...
My neighbor (72) passed away a couple of weeks ago after a lengthy illness..hubby is overwhelmed by her quilting stuff...kids live a distance away and have no interest in mom's hobby..I spent 3 hours sorting... I know our mutual church sewing group can use some of her fabric...so often they get someone's junk instead of nice fabrics, so they get a pile...RWB patriotic fabrics can be given to local QOV group...there are PHD's and UFO's just like the rest of us...boy is this an incentive to get them done...needless to say I didn't get any sewing done today...Will go back at a later date and work some more...a kindness I can do for them.

One ticked off for me...my 7yo GD went through some scraps I had gotten last winter...she laid out the scraps and I found the gray in my stash to fill in the spaces. I got it sewn right away, but then it sat. I needed a small project to practice FMQ before I started on the cow quilt...it's simple, but my GD loves it...

ANY UFO counts. We change projects frequently. As long as you finish a UFO, you can post it here and claim your spot in history as a finisher in the challenge!

QMomma, gorgeous tree skirt! Fabrics are so elegant.
Oksewglad, I bet your granddaughter loved watching her layout tske shape as you finished it.
Tlambing, I think matching pillowcases for a bed quilt is such a nice complement and bonus gift. Yay!
