Thanks for keeping me going, Ladies!

Another preview... a picture I took earlier today. I might need a few days' breather before putting the binding on.

Thank you QuiltE!

Burning the midnight oil... one more line of machine stitching to do, then it is all assembled. I need to put it away for a few days so we can have the dining room table back and I can have a rest and do all the Christmassy things I haven't even thought of yet.

Jeanie - Same here! Just as well really. I've been seeing an awful lot of it over the past couple of weeks. It is such a lovely texture too, very pleasant to work with, and no nasty fraying.

Count me in on loving your quilt Muv, and being anxious to see the whole thing. I just finished a placemat gift of a HippoQueen in grays and pinks. Wouldn't some scraps of your backing have been perfect for her!!!

Hi ladies - just been reading this thread: I have enjoyed seeing the little glimpses of quilting from Muv, and the discussion of what you have been doing all year. I must have missed this challenge, as I was busy moving house, etc, etc, at the beginning of the year. However, I thought I would share my "patriotic endeavours" with you, and hope you will be encouraging! I made these for Christmas presents, but got a bit carried away and made more of them than I needed!

Please accept my apologies for the poor quality of the photo - iPads are not designed to take quality pictures!

Looking forward to the Patriotic Challenge "reveal"! Here in the North East it is wet, windy and pretty miserable. However, we are toasty warm inside! Seasons greetings to you all!
