I believe on the old plan it was 3 pts per serving, so its got to be 4 on the points plus plan

I work for weight watchers and saw this on our connections today. One of the ladies figured it as 3 points for 24 servings. The other figured it as 2 points @ 30 servings. Have to measure a lot!

Thank you, I wanted to make the cake ond someone told me it was 5 points, and that is too many points for cake.

Hi - I recently tried this cake after all the great reviews it was getting. It was terrible!!! Save your points for something that tastes good!

Calculate all the PPVs for the individual ingredients.
    Total
and then divide by the # of servings.

Don't forget to include all the add-ins!

    THE RECIPE FOR THOSE INTERESTED......

1/3 Cup angel food cake mixed with any SF cake mix
    3 TBS. water
    1 minute in the microwave

At least this is what I call mine (or cake in a mug). WWer's gives it 3 plus pts. Fresh fruit is free. I usually put a spritz of LowFat aerosol whipped cream and count 4pts. You should NOT grease the mug or container to nuke......
I usually mix up a bag of the cake mixes and have it ready when I need a cake fix. I have used angel food and reduced fat lemon poppy seed this time. I have also used the angel food mixed with the Krusteaz Low Fat blueberry muffin mix. Some people rave about the chocolate mixed with angel food. Whatever you use, it is GOOD!!!
