Day 7; Mush the bag and let the air out twice a day
Day 8; Mush the bag and let the air out twice a day
Day 9; Mush the bag and let the air out twice a day
Day 10; Perform the following;
Pour and squeeze the contents of bag into large plastic bowl.
Add; 1 C milk, 1 C flour, and 1 C sugar. Stir together and pour four 1 C starters into large Ziplock bags. Give these bags and a copy of this recipe (from the line down) to four of your freinds.
Add the following to what is left in the bowl;
1 C oil, 1/2 C milk, 3 eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla
In a seperate bowl, mix together;
2 C flour, 1 C sugar, 1-1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 large box(5.1 oz)of vanilla or butterscotch instant pudding mix, and 1 C chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Blend wet and dry ingredients together.
Mix 1/2 C sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon and set aside for topping and coating the loaf pans.
Spray 2 loaf pans (or 1 bundt cake pans) and sprinkle sides and bottom with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Pour half of batter into each pan and sprinkle the top with the left over cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
ENJOY !!!!

I have a friend who has wanted this recipe sooooo bad. I have frozen the starter bag and started it up later because I couldn't find the recipe. I didn't know if it was a secret. Is there a print function that you know of or do I just copy from your post and past it into Word on my hard drive? Thank-you again.

Thanks so much for the recipe. We used to make this all the time, but finally lost the 'starter' and then didn't know how to start a new batch. So thanks again, I can't wait to make this delightful bread and share the recipe with my daughters,granddaughters and friends.

I used to make this years ago. My dd just made some a few weeks ago and it was great. She lost the starter so this will help.
I used to make it several different ways and not just cinnamon.
Apple with raisins.
Blueberry
Banana
Chocolate chip....
Use your imagination!
