    Yes, I had the same experience. I used a whole jar of sauce and it was a little dry. My husband likes a lot more sauce. I might have to try a jar and a half next time, and maybe like you, cut the cooking time. It is easy and was tasty though. I should have posted but didn't think about it.

    I did make the pot roast again today in the crock pot, 5 hours on high, and then 1 1/2 hours on low. Very very tender. I did add potatoes (whole) and carrots (cut in half) about two hours in, and they turned out great.
