I knew some of them, but I had no idea there was a difference in beef or turmeric could help.

Crafty Bear Thank you for posting this information. I am dealing with inflamation in my leg muscles. Very uncomfortable. Hopeing this diet will do the trick. I am thinking of taking Bromine also.Let us know how you are doing Thanks again

Interesting to see that we are already eating all of these things!!!! One of our favourite ways to prepare fish is to make a coating of bread crumbs with garlic, ginger, turmeric, onion, parsley, or Italian spice blend, and a small amount of seasoned salt. Coat the fish and bake at 425°F for about 10 minutes. Super easy, tasty, and quick!!! Add a salad and you have supper. :D

Please check with your doctor or a nutritionist, or read what Dr. Mercola has to say about bromine, and how it replaces the vital iodine in our system. I'd think twice or three times before taking bromine in ANY form, including bromelated flour (used in bakery goods and ersatz breads).
