AnY Ideas for Turnip Recipes for a Farberware Convection Turbo Oven?

I like to do a mix of root veggies. Turnips, parsnips and sweet potato roasted and then pureed in the food processor. I mix it up. Sometimes I add rutabaga, or carrot and omit the sweet potato or parsnip. Every medley I have tried has been delish. So good it doesn't need a thing. No butter, not even salt and pepper. Yummy.
