Funny this topic came up now! I have had the Hamilton Beach for years and guess I wore it out! I looked at stores and you are right...can't find one.Walmart has it with free delivery and fast so will order one in the future. For now I am having fun with Rhodes bread dough and rolls.Check out their site. We run two machines nearly daily. The Panasonic SD-YD250 I think they are 1 1/2 lbs breads. We also buy our own grain and grind it. We have used bread making machines for about 26 yrs and these are our 5 and 6 th Panasonics. We did try just about all other brands but for one reason or another got rid of those. Right now we have one of our teen sons making breads. He grinds the grain and measures everything. We buy ours online and DH also orders parts online , fixes and replaces parts if need be.

We love home baked bread and have used many different brands of bread machines over the years. When our last one quit working we decided to splurge and get a Zojirushi. This machine is the best ever. It's pricey but well worth it. It makes a horizontal loaf, easy to clean, easy to use baking selections and its programmable. We use it to make all our bread and for most all other dough recipes. LOVE it!!!!

would you give more details/amounts on this, if it is for your no-knead bread:
My basic recipe is
unbleached flour
salt (don't mix salt with the yeast)
warm water (112 degrees)
yeast
Mix, knead, rise. Deflate, shape, bake.

I knew a man who lived to be 101, made several loaves a day with his and gave them all away! When he died, he was using his 17th machine. His wife had gotten the first one as a gift but seldom used it, so he took it over. Amazing.
