    I have done these pies and they are wonderful. Easy once you get the hang of it. Great to put in freezer to use later.

    Thanks for the link. These look wonderful.

    By the way, did anyone see the notation from the mason jar company that the jars are not made for baking and they could explode? The author of the recipe said that she had had no problems, but I did think it was worth mentioning.
