LOL....my husband likes to think of this as a healthy food...Its got fruit, vegetables and whole wheat flour...Add a bit more allspice and you don't notice the lack of white flour...you really need the sugar, for the texture, but I have made it with half the sugar and half that splenda granule..ENJOY!
